My name is, Amanda Banfill, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and am able to provide psychotherapy to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship conflicts, body dysmorphia, and issues with self worth. I have experience working in addiction treatment centers, crisis centers, therapeutic settings, and facilitating a variety of psychoeducational groups. I am trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy),LI (Lifespan Integration Therapy), and Play Therapy. I am able to utilize this training to help clients with emotional regulation and building relationship skills. I believe in a strength-based perspective and helps clients to empower themselves in setting and reaching their identified healing goals.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages; children, teens, and adults, in either individual, couple, or group counseling sessions. Where we can work together in identifying and addressing their concerns.
