“Real talk, real solutions, skills, and laughter along the way.”
About Me
For over 28 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from every
background and life experience, helping them navigate the messy, wild, and
complicated world we’re all trying to thrive in.
My career began in prevention and crisis work, supporting high school students through
drug and alcohol education and self-worth building. From there, agencies and The
Women’s Domestic Shelter, and from there
I worked in ER crisis and trauma response, children’s behavioral health (ages 5–25),
and inpatient psychiatric hospitals where I handled intake and provided treatment
across all floors, including drug and alcohol recovery.
I’ve also worked in the Salt Lake County Jail and federal sex offender treatment
programs, as well as with CPS Counseling and Sandy Counseling. I spent several years
in inpatient residential programs for youth ages 13–17. Each of these experiences has
given me a deep respect for human resilience and the environments, home, family,
school, medical, or work that shape our stories.
Today, I bring that experience to my private practice in Murray, Utah, now partnered with
Counseling Associates. I work with individuals, families, and groups, always with a
focus on equality, respect, and inclusion for all, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or
background.
When you walk through my door, know that you’ll be met with understanding, honesty,
and compassion. And please bring the most important tool we have in this crazy world: Laughter.
