The Farmington office is located at 240 North East Promontory STE 200, Farmington, UT 84025.

Instructions for Farmington:  The office is located in the Station Park Shopping Center, across the parking lot from Harmons.

The building has a large Weber State University sign at the top and the entrance is on the opposite side of the building from Harmons.

After Hours Note:  If this is an after-hours appointment (5 pm or later), we will text you your counselor’s phone number so you can text them when you arrive. The counselor might need to let you into the building and unlock the elevator for you.
